Have Logistics Education in Indonesia in According with The Wishes of The Logistics Industry?

     The education about Logistics in Indonesia is currently less from the word "good" than another country. There are some reason why Logistics is less good than another country, It is because still the lack of a system of education or existing logistics facilities at universities or high school that existed in Indonesia and education places in Indonesia or existing logistics major in the university is still not enough.

     Therefore, Universities should to be able to change and prepare, in order to prepare qualified human resources in producing an entrepreneurship and the needs of the existing industry because University is the reason as the foremost place in the effort to anticipate those changes. We need to realize that currently the logistics industry needs human resources that "Plug & Play", It is becomes one of the factors why logistics education in Indonesia is not in accordance with industry needs.

     Then, as a student of logistics in Indonesia we should be able to enter the world of practitioner, because student need more time to go to practitioners than practitioners to visit the campus, should be or can meet the wishes of industry or companies in particular in the field logistics and a student should be able to develop herself very well, their should be able to develop the basic science that have been obtained when studying in Logistics education institute.

     Because it is essentially all educational institutions in Indonesia basically the knowledge is the same, but when graduates and you want to work in an industry then need of the industry is different, so that the human resources itself must develop the basic sciences to be in accordance with the needs of desired industry.
